Test for submit button bug

Opera 10.0α (Build 1139) has a bug in forms with the submit button.

Enter some data and hit "Preview".

Then enter some other data and hit "Send".

Under some circumstances Opera does not send the data to server after hitting the second submit button named "Send".

After this same problem occurs with the other submit button "Preview".
